The press has been disconnected and stored for about the last 6 months. We are located in Liberty Township Ohio about 25 miles north. You are buying it from the owners/operators, not some liquidation house that doesn't know anything about it. Not some huge factory with operators that don't care about the equipment.
This has been a great press that has been gently used by a father/son business. It comes with a power inverter to allow it to operate on single phase 220v. We recently moved and purchased a new press so we do not need this one. It has been well maintained and has had an easy life so far. I would consider this press to be in above average condition for it's age. We have only used it to die cut thin rubber and felt.
